Almail Sports Club is preparing to renew its amateur club status for the 2026 season, reaffirming the club's ongoing commitment to grassroots football and the development of talent within the community.

The upcoming renewal of amateur status marks another step forward for Almail SC as the club continues to build its identity and structure in competitive amateur football. Since its founding, the club has prioritised fair play, community involvement, and player development — values that remain central to everything the organisation stands for.

Amateur status allows Almail SC to participate in registered competitions while maintaining the core principles of the sport at grassroots level. The club has been active in the local football community and most recently captured the Dumankaya Cup in August 2025, defeating Shabab Al Hura 7–4 in a memorable final at Dumankaya Street Stadium.

ويمثّل التجديد المرتقب لصفة الهواة خطوة جديدة إلى الأمام لنادي الميل، في وقت يواصل فيه النادي بناء هويته وهيكله في منافسات كرة القدم للهواة. فمنذ تأسيسه، أعطى النادي الأولوية للعب النظيف والمشاركة المجتمعية وتطوير اللاعبين، وهي قيم لا تزال في صميم كل ما يمثّله النادي.

وتتيح صفة الهواة لنادي الميل المشاركة في المسابقات المسجّلة مع الحفاظ على المبادئ الأساسية للعبة على مستوى القاعدة الشعبية. وقد كان النادي ناشطاً في مجتمع كرة القدم المحلي، وتوّج مؤخراً بكأس دومانكايا في أغسطس 2025، بعد فوزه على شباب الحرة 7–4 في نهائي لا يُنسى على ملعب شارع دومانكايا.
